Succede provides an encrypted digital asset vault and dead man's switch service. You must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you store and the contacts you designate.
You own your data. We store it on your behalf. Your vault assets are encrypted — we do not have access to the plaintext contents of your vault.
The switch triggers automatically if you miss check-ins within your configured window. You are responsible for keeping your check-in schedule and ensuring your contact list is accurate. Succede is not liable for unintended switch triggers due to missed check-ins.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — no refunds for the current billing period. Downgrading to free hides assets over the limit but does not delete them.
Succede is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss due to user error, forgotten credentials, or force majeure events. Always maintain backups of critical information.
